1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Payments can be made via bank transfer to our designated account. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• Wise Transfer: International customers can make payments using Wise transfer. Please note that any administration fees charged by Wise are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Deposit Requirements

• Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your spot and confirms our services for your desired date.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the start of the tour or activity.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer:

• If canceled more than 14 days before the tour date, the deposit is fully refundable, minus any administration fees.
• If canceled between 7-14 days before the tour date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date.
  Cancellation by Joy Transport and Activities:
• If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund, including your deposit.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

5. Currency and Conversion Rates
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

6. Payment Confirmation
Once a payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including a receipt and details of your booking.

7. Late Payments
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund of the deposit.
